These pens allow you to easily erase the ink. On paper, you do this with the eraser on the back of the pen. The friction of the eraser generates heat, making the ink invisible. This is fantastic for embroidery: you can transfer an embroidery design onto fabric, and when you're finished embroidering, you can simply blow-dry your work and the drawn lines disappear! Instead of a hairdryer, you can also use an iron. Useful to know:

• To ensure that nothing remains visible after blow-drying: do not press too hard with the pen tip into the fabric when transferring a pattern and always try to embroider over the lines as neatly as possible.
• In cold temperatures (freezing cold), the ink lines can reappear. For example, if you mail your embroidery in winter. Fortunately, this is easy to solve: you can simply blow-dry the work, and the lines will disappear.
