Can I return my order from Iris Borduurt?
I certainly hope you're thrilled with your order! But sometimes, something might not meet your expectations. Feel free to contact us so we can help you get started with your embroidery supplies.
Do you still want to return your order? Then please read this page carefully first.
You can return (part of) your order if:
- you received the order no more than 14 days ago
- the products to be returned are in the original packaging and have no signs of use or damage
How do I return my order?
- Register your return by sending an email to support@irisborduurt.nl within 14 days of receipt with:
- Your order number and/or the name under which you ordered
- The item you want to return
- Please package the item(s) securely and include a note with your first and last name and your order number.
- You pay the shipping costs for your return yourself, make sure your package has sufficient postage .
- Send your package within 14 days of registering your return to:

When will I receive my refund?
If your return has arrived safely at the warehouse and the items and packaging are still in their original condition, you will receive the amount back into the account you used for payment within 7 days.
- If you return your entire order, you'll also be refunded the shipping costs. This means you only pay the shipping costs from you to the warehouse.
- Please note! If the packaging is broken or the item is no longer in its original condition, making it unsellable, this depreciation will be deducted from the refunded purchase price. The depreciation can be up to 100%.
Right of withdrawal
Iris Borduurt adheres to the statutory right of withdrawal applicable within the EU. This means that as a consumer, you have the right to return your purchase within the 14-day cooling-off period, without giving a reason.
