The Kona Cotton Solids fabrics from the American brand Robert Kaufman are incredibly popular among quilters and embroiderers! You've probably seen the brand before if you follow American embroidery accounts on Instagram. And for good reason, because the Kona Cotton Solids are of excellent quality. The fabrics are 100% cotton and therefore perfect for freeform embroidery. Many beautiful colors are available for all your upcoming embroidery projects.

I've already cut the fabric to size for you in a manageable square (50 x 55 cm). You can create multiple embroidery projects from this. Order an embroidery hoop, sharp-pointed embroidery needles, and some beautiful DMC floss, and get started! Embroidery tip: For extra strength and to prevent show-through, it's helpful to place an extra piece of fabric (like a calico piece) underneath your fabric. Make sure both pieces are taut in the embroidery hoop and embroider as usual! This is especially recommended when embroidering with dark threads on light fabric. This fabric is suitable for freeform embroidery . For cross stitch, use a different type of fabric; for that, check out the Aida fabrics in the shop.
