Bothy Threads Time Flies embroidery kit

The Bothy Threads Time Flies design comes from the Eleanor Teasdale line. "Time flies," said the bee , "It really does," replies the ladybird. In collaboration with Eleanor Teasdale, Bothy Threads has created a series of embroidery kits featuring a bee and a ladybug. Each design is cheerful, colorful, and summery, and includes a sweet dialogue in the form of a quote. Fun to make, even for beginners, as the design is not too large (12 x 12 cm). You can then frame the embroidery in a picture frame or finish it in an embroidery hoop for a modern twist. Perfect as a gift for someone who makes you happy!

Contents of the Bothy Threads embroidery kit:

  • white embroidery fabric (Zweigart aida 16 count, 100% cotton)
  • embroidery thread (splittable, 100% cotton)
  • some small beads
  • embroidery needle
  • pattern and detailed instructions (English)

Stitches used in this pattern: cross stitch, backstitch (outline and text) and some French knots.

Embroidery size: 12 x 12 cm.

Embroidery hoop: Use an embroidery hoop to keep the fabric taut while embroidering. The hoop is not included in the kit, so order it separately. The entire design fits in an embroidery hoop approximately 16 cm in diameter.
