The Amsterdam embroidery kit from Luca-S is part of a series of beautiful, detailed cities to embroider. You'll also find a LetiStitch (this brand is part of Luca-S) embroidery kit of New York in the shop. If you prefer a truly Dutch image, then this embroidery kit featuring the beautiful Amsterdam canals is absolutely fantastic. The kit comes with a clear counted pattern, English instructions, and high-quality materials. Luca-S uses Anchor thread (comparable in quality to DMC) and Zweigart fabrics. You can be sure to have a lot of fun creating this piece of art.

Contents of the Amsterdam embroidery kit:

  • Zweigart white embroidery fabric (16-count aida, 100% cotton)
  • Anchor embroidery thread (59 colors, splittable, 100% cotton)
  • Embroidery needle
  • Counting pattern
  • Instructions (English)

Skill level: Suitable if you're familiar with cross-stitch embroidery; it's quite challenging work with many beautiful details. Not very familiar with embroidery yet, but still eager to take on this challenge? Then check out the helpful instructional videos on how to get started with a cross-stitch embroidery kit.

Size: 47.5 x 32 cm

Embroidery hoop: If necessary, use an embroidery hoop or frame while embroidering to keep the fabric taut. The hoop can be moved across the fabric, so a size of about 20 cm is ideal for this work and very handy.

With a larger embroidery hoop, you don't have to move anything and you avoid hoop marks (which you can iron out eventually) in the fabric.
